Moldova extended the reduced VAT rate of 6% for lodging and restaurant services until Mar. 15, 2022
Moldava’s State Tax Service (Serviciul Fiscal de Stat) has extended the 6% reduced VAT rate further. The rate applies to goods and services performed by the hotel and restaurant (HORECA) sector. The Commission for Exceptional Situations (CNESP) is to prolong the state of emergency in response to COVID-19 pandemic.
