IOSS in 3 steps

Step 1. Get registered
Once registered, you’ll receive a unique IOSS identification number. The number should be included on all of your customs declarations of consignments up to €150 when sent to the EU.
Step 2. Calculate VAT
Once you calculate and collect VAT at check-out, create an invoice that shows VAT charged and product details.
Step 3. File VAT returns
Report IOSS returns and payments on monthly basis (required). If your business is established in a non-EU country, you might need an appointed Intermediary registered in the EU.
