Poland: Government amends Reduced VAT Rate on Certain Goods effective July 16
Polish Gazette released Official Gazette No.1496/2022, which amends the reduced VAT rates for specific categories of goods, effective 16 July 2022.
The following reduced VAT rates have been proposed:
- 0% VAT rate for fertilizers up to October 31
- 0% VAT rate for products in medical use which went into effect retroactively from May 17.
