Spain to extend mandatory e-invoicing to the B2B sector
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of Spain published a draft document called “Create and Grow” proposing regulatory reforms designed to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and modernization of companies.
One of the proposed reforms is aimed at combating late payments in commercial operations by extending the obligation to issue and exchange electronic invoices from B2G to a B2B sector. The e-invoicing obligations would concern both companies and self-employed professionals.
