UK released further guidance on the rules of origin concerning the Trade and Cooperation Agreement that will take place after 1 January 2021.

Businesses need to understand and comply with several provisions in order to make sure that no duty is paid while importing or exporting with the EU.

For this reason, the UK government released a guidance to help explain the definitions and requirements that are needed in order to make use of the TCA.

Proof of origin is very important in this case as well as understanding what exactly qualifies and meets the rules of origin set by the agreement.
