Uzbekistan: Government Publishes Decree on VAT Relief for Imported Medical Equipment
The Uzbek Official Gazette published Decree No. UP-102 exempts VAT relief for imported medical equipment.
The decree includes measures:
- For the customs duty providing an extension to 1 Jan 2025 for medical equipment, components, spare parts, and consumables for imported medical equipment
- For granting VAT exemption until 1 Jan 2025 on the import of medical equipment and products, consumables for medical purposes
