Poland: VAT E-Invoicing Implementation Extended to February 2026
The Polish President’s Office signed a law extending the implementation date for the mandatory national VAT e-invoicing system (KSeF) from July 1, 2024, to February 1, 2026. This requirement applies to all active and VAT-exempt taxpayers.
The law will come into force on July 1.
