Poland: Key MOSS Regime Declaration Deadline Announced
The Polish Ministry of Finance announced that the deadline for submitting declarations and corrections related to the EU and non-EU Mini-One-Stop-Shop (MOSS) regime is July 20.
The key points are as follows:
- Declarations using the VIU-D and VIN-D forms must be submitted through the e-Deklaracje system with a qualified signature.
- After July 20, any further declarations or corrections for the MOSS regime must be sent directly to the tax administration of the relevant member state.
