Luxembourg’s Direct Taxes Administration has issued a crucial update for Platform Operators concerning the implementation of DAC7 Law.
Effective January 19, 2024, Platform Operators can access the pre-validation environment and initiate the declaration process for Seller-related information. These essential procedures can be seamlessly executed through MyGuichet, providing operators with a streamlined approach.
In response to these changes, the deadline for filing declarations is extended to February 19, 2024, offering operators additional time to ensure compliance with the new regulations.
