Hungary: Approval to increase annual turnover limit for VAT exemption
The European Union Official Gazette has recently published EU Council Decision No. 2023/1025, granting Hungary the authority to raise its annual turnover threshold for VAT exemption. The new threshold has been increased from 48,000 euros to 71,500 euros. This decision is effective until December 31, 2024.
