— UK: Making Tax Digital 1 April 2019
— Romania: Romania’s VAT decrease has been postponed because the country has been struggling to reduce its deficit Gross Domestic Product to 3%. The VAT was originally raised in 2010 to 24% during the European financial crises, but has since been cut to 19% in January 2017.
