For its Merchant of Record business where the company takes over the complete financial and tax obligations for the retail sales, the company has VAT obligations in all EU countries, Norway and Switzerland.
As VAT Compliance in around 30 countries requires specific expertise that was not available inhouse, the company decide to partner with GVC. Currently GVC supports the client with VAT and GST compliance in 35 countries in Europe and Asia Pacific.
